Garam Masala is an essential aromatic spice blend that acts as the “finishing touch” in Indian cuisine. Garam Masala is prized for its ability to add warmth, depth & a complex floral aroma to a dish.

How to use Garam Masala :-

1. The Final step:- Always stir it in during the last 5 minutes of cooking or sprinkle it over a dish just before serving. Prolonged heat can make the blend lose its delicate floral fragrance.

2. Marinades:- It is excellent when mixed with yogurt and lemon juice for meat & vegetables( like Tandoori chicken)

3. Quantity:- Because it is highly concentrated, use it sparingly. Usually 1/2 to 1 teaspoon is sufficiently for a family-sized meal.
